5. Brand DNA Reports & Strategy Outputs

When you complete a quiz or consultation, we may generate a Brand DNA Report or related creative materials.
These reports are provided for educational and strategic purposes only and do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

You may use the materials for personal or internal business development but may not reproduce, sell, or distribute them without written permission.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments for services, reports, or retainers are securely processed through Stripe or other approved payment partners.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are only issued under special circumstances, at our discretion, and must be requested in writing to [email protected].

Recurring subscriptions or retainers may be canceled at any time with 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, tools, graphics, reports, videos, and text within Project: Kingmaker are the intellectual property of Le Design & Media, Co.

You may not copy, modify, or republish our materials without permission.
Any derivative works or AI outputs created through our tools remain owned by Project: Kingmaker unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We use trusted third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, OpenAI, N8N, Google Analytics, Meta, and Stripe to power our systems.
By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be processed by these providers under their respective privacy policies.

We make no guarantees regarding specific business results, revenue, or performance.
